Cancellation

We offer a full refund if you cancel two working days before your chosen delivery date. For example, if your order is due on Thursday, the latest you can cancel is by end of day Monday. Saturday and Sunday are excluded from our working days!

Issues or faults

We will be more than happy to resolve any issues. Please email Bakedbrownieboxes@gmail.com within 24-hours of your delivery:  1) picture showing fault 2) order number. All complaints are investigated and you may be asked to ship back the product to receive a refund. All refunds are subject to  review.
Slightly cracked chocolate is not considered a fault but anything more is!

Shipping and processing

Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be ready before it is shipped/dropped off. Orders must be placed before 5pm for it to be included in the 1-2 day time frame. If after 5 the following day will be the start of the business day. Dont hesitate to message us if you urgently need your box. Most of the time we will be able to help!

Orders places on Friday be made fresh and posted/dropped off on Monday unless its an urgent box.

We use overnight tracked courier and aim for it to be there the next day. Sometimes this may take up to 3 business days depending on how busy the postal service is.

Please don't place your order friday at 10pm and expect to have your brownie at lunch time the next day! (unless discussed prior)
